The pipeline combines bioenergy crops, biomass procurement, land restoration, low-carbon fuels, and carbon-smart conversion pathways in locations where degraded land, underused biomass, or constrained heat and power access create a strong case for scalable intervention.
Our role spans feedstock systems, plantation development, biomass procurement, land-use strategy, SPV structuring, and downstream alignment with industrial energy, biofuels, carbon, and regenerative land-use markets.

Paraguay is being developed as a seed-and-management-led platform for high-performance tropical perennial grasses and related cover-crop systems, with relevance for low-carbon fuels, advanced fodder, and future biochar-linked pathways. The platform combines strong agronomic conditions, biomass logistics potential, and commercial agriculture know-how with real optionality around land access and progressive plantation development. Earlier BEC materials highlight abandoned and degraded land, strong machinery access, favorable business conditions, and prime-to-marginal land suitable for grasses and related land-upgrading strategies.

Roraima is being developed as an integrated tropical biomass platform combining plantation potential, regenerative land-use models, and low-carbon bioeconomy pathways. The strategic angle is broader than feedstock alone: the geography supports opportunities in tropical agroforestry, productive land upgrading, and biomass-linked development structures where land valorization and future industrial conversion can be aligned. The collaboration framework already centers on tropical agriculture, biomass, bioenergy, land valorization, and low-carbon solutions under local implementation capacity.

Northern Brazil
Northern Brazil is being explored as a broader regional platform for biomass conversion and regenerative industrial development. The opportunity set includes agroforestry-linked projects, agrofruit and agricultural waste streams, and carbonized biomass pathways at commercially relevant scale, including opportunities above 20,000 tons per year in selected residue chains. The platform is being shaped for biochar, biocoal, industrial decarbonization, and other low-carbon biomass routes that can connect feedstock, land strategy, and downstream conversion.

Location:

Veracruz is one of Canoppia’s strongest feedstock-development geographies, combining high rainfall, industrial relevance, and proven large-scale operational experience in Napier/Taiwan grass systems. The platform benefits from established local agricultural-service capacity, access to machinery and staff, land access and administration support, and the practical ability to help structure company set-up, field operations, and permitting for clients or project SPVs. Prior BEC materials point to former 7,000 ha-scale operational experience in the same region, identified land for lease or purchase, and a clear industrial biomass procurement logic.

Colombia is being incubated as a partner-led platform built around sawmill residue access, pellets, biochar, syngas, and related bio-based soil-input opportunities. The strategic advantage is that the platform can start from existing industrial woody biomass streams rather than relying initially on new plantation establishment. This creates a flexible entry point into carbon-smart biomass conversion, with room to expand into wider regenerative industrial and bioeconomy pathways over time.

Zambia is being advanced as a practical feedstock platform for thermal substitution and long-term industrial biomass procurement. The current development logic combines nursery build-out, field validation, and scaled feedstock planning in support of thermal energy systems where biomass can substitute coal or support co-firing and other low-carbon heat pathways. The emphasis is on building real supply capacity in a geography with clear industrial relevance, not on a purely conceptual carbon project.
